How do I enable Cheats for Star Wars Knights Of The Old Republic?

I Have Star Wars KOTOR 1 that i got with star wars best of PC which has 5 games Kotor included

my problem is that i cant find the swkotor. ini to get to game options can anyone help me find it or tell me another way to enable cheats ? Or you can tell me where to find revan robes and an insta kill pistol.How do I enable Cheats for Star Wars Knights Of The Old Republic?I liked the save game editor better than the cheat codes. It could alter inventory, stats, credits, reputation and more.
