But seriously, uninstall the programs you don't use/have no idea why they're there... to free up some space. Also, you can always re-install your game without losing all your saved games information. In my documents there is a folder called eagames, just save that folder somewhere else on your computer before you re-install. After new install copy the eagames folder right into the new one which is also called eagames in my documents also. When you start up the game you need to disable the custom content.
