ok so i subscribed for game informer magazines a few weeks ago and just a few days after i got a letter in mail saying please allow up to 8 weeks for ur order to arrive.. and im like 8 weeks? why so long, does anyone know why it takes that long?Why do game informer magazines take so long to ship to your home?The general wait time after subscribing to -any- magazine is 6-8 weeks, and isn't anything new.
Let's say you subscribe to a magazine in September. Well September's issue was actually sent out in August, and October's issue is already in the sorting process for those who were already subscribed. That said, you won't actually be in the sorting system until November's issue is ready to ship.Why do game informer magazines take so long to ship to your home?I mostly depends on where you live and how far away you are from the printing company which prints the magazines. So with all of that plus how long it takes to sort and pack the magazines it usually takes awhile. However 8 weeks is a rather long time so I might say go and call the company and see what the real story is.
