What is the best game system to play Final Fantasy?

I've seen clips and videos of the game and was wondering if i got it which game system would have the best graphics for Final Fantasy. What is the best game system to play Final Fantasy?Taking you literally, the best system TODAY on which to play the original Final Fantasy is the Sony PSP.

Why? I rate the PSP best for several reasons:

1) You can still buy one with a warranty.

2) They can play many of today's video games.

3) You can access the Internet.

4) The graphics are far superior to the original Final Fantasy game system.

Let me note for everyone, while the PS3 can run PS2 games ONLY two now discontinued models can run PS2 games the rest can't run PS2 games. What is the best game system to play Final Fantasy?
I'm assuming that you're talking about the original Final Fantasy that was released on the NES in the late 80's/early 90's era. Well, if you're a nostalgic video game collector and you happen to come across a copy of the game, then you ought to get it because it's a must have.

If you want to play the original with enhanced graphics and extra features, you might want to opt for Final Fantasy Anthology, which was released for the PSone back in the mid 90's. It rereleased a version of the game along with some others that weren't previously available in America.

Also, Final Fantasy: Dawn of Souls was released sometime in the early 2000's and featured both Final Fantasy I and II in remastered glory.

Now, other people have already answered this question. but:

1) In order to decide which system is the most ideal for you personally depends on the Final Fantasy that you'd like to play. For instance, Final Fantasy III on the SNES is Final Fantasy VI on the PSone, furthermore they've made a remake of it aswell on the Nintendo DS and GBA (correct me if I'm wrong).

2) You would do well to get as many systems as you could in order to play Final Fantasy, as there are many spin offs and system excusive titles that span both Sony and Nintendo, and more recently Microsoft.

And so, there you go. Happy playing! What is the best game system to play Final Fantasy?I'm assuming you're referring to Final Fantasy XIII, and the answer would be the Playstation 3.

If you're also wondering what system is best to play any Final Fantasy on, I would still recommend the PS3 - based on backward compatibility, literally every single title in the main series can be played on the system with the sole exception of 3 (which is available for the DS). Final Fantasy's 1 and 2 are available as a Playstation compilation called "Final Fantasy: Origins"; Final Fantasy IV is one of two games in the PS bundle "Final Fantasy Chronicles" (the other being Chrono Trigger, which I'd highly recommend); Final Fantasy V and VI comprise "Final Fantasy Anthology" for the PS; Final Fantasy's VII, VIII, and IX were initial releases for the PS (FFVII can now be downloaded from the PS online store); Final Fantasy's X, XI (an MMORPG), and XII were PS2 releases. You can hunt all of those games down, and you'll have almost every game in the main series.

Ah, but I've gone off topic. The point is, for Final Fantasy (specifically XIII), PS3 all the way. :)
It kind of depends on which Final Fantasy you want to play. The PS2 by far has the best selection, and since everything form 7 through 12 was Playstation exclusive, it has the best graphics by default.

If you're talking about Final Fantasy XIII, then it looks better on PS3. Unfortunately, it's not really the best of the series. What is the best game system to play Final Fantasy?i dunno how to answer yours question, if you ask for best graphic for FF series, Final Fantasy 13 and FF versus 13 is the best because both of them using the PS3 platform to run it, PS 2 is FF 10, FF X-2, and FF 12, graphic quite nice. PS One is FF 7,8,9. LOL, i dunno what am i answer about, sorry for the inconveniences. What is the best game system to play Final Fantasy?
There is no best system, because each game has it's own pluses.

However, PS2 lets you play all the ones from PS1 and remakes of the old nintendo games, and the PS2 games.

Unless I'm wrong, PS3 only allows PS3 and PS2 games, so you'd be missing out on a lot.

There are a lot more though for other systems, so best bet is simply to enjoy all you have or get as much as you can.
dont listen to anyone esle, its totally best on the ps3, it has the best graphics hands down. i've played several games on several consoles and i'd always choose a ps3 over any of them. What is the best game system to play Final Fantasy?
Although it may seem obvious that PS3 has the best graphics, science has proven that the NES graphics are 420% better than the radish salad you had last penis.
