What is the name of the flash game where you get armies on a map and take over cities?

Its a turn based game. You get more units each each turn at cities you control. You can move your armies around and merge them into larger armies. The point of the game is to take over the entire map. I remember the different nations you get are named after colors. Its not World Wars, but very similar.
