we recently had to do a speech on our role in honoring americas veterans in class. well when i researched all this i found a story about the history of the star spangled banner and the events that inspired francis scott key to write it. i knew what generally happened but this story was a bit different. i was just wondering what most people knew about the history of the song?What is the history of the star spangled banner?Key was on a ship off a port in Baltimore.
