Their claim that Obama is more of a celebrity than Paris Hilton and Britney Spears is ludicrous, Hilton and Spears have been household names for years.



Being a celebrity is not a bad thing, particularly when you want to be popular among people. But Obama is not exactly a celebrity but neither is he like a rock star. JFK had an enormous following; would he be considered a celebrity or rock star? Of course not, it is silly namecalling, and unfortunately the republicans don't even have the namecalling quite right.
