How do i star on family channel for acting on shows?

I have dreamed of acting since i was a little girl....i want to persue my dream and star on the family channel such as shows like wizards or waverly place, hannah montana, and J.O.N.A.S...i would love to become an actress.....please help me.....thank you!How do i star on family channel for acting on shows?Disney looks for people in the LA area, they usually only hire through agents, and they also look for experience and raw talent (take voice and dance, acting and audition schooling may be needed). Your resume is important when looking for a job in disney.

ps. Disney requires a resume (5+ years of experience) and headshots ($300+) before they even consider for an audition.



Try some local theatre and short films to build your resume, get some nice pictures taken, and in the process of doing that, you may come across the Casting directors info.. its all in the biz.

SECOND - DO YOU HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE? IF NOT GET AS MUCH AS YOU CAN IN SCHOOL PLAYS AND COMMUNITY THEATER. YOU HAVE TO START SOMEWHERE AND BUILD YOUR . EVERYBODY STARTS SOMEWHERE. TAKE VOICE AND DANCE LESSONS TOO - IT WILL BUILD YOUR CONFIDENCE AND MAKE YOU WHAT THEY CALL A "TRIPLE THREAT"
