i want to excuse my daughter from the annual star test taken at school. do i write a note? if so what should it say and who do i turn it into? How to get excused from the star test?..uhhmm..well..even if your daughter doesn't attend during the times that they are testing she will still be called in during class some other time to make it up..and honestly i don't think a note excusing her from the test would work either..the STAR testing is all about scores and scores = school $ and in order to get school $ and scores you have to have students take the test..
..the best way is to have your daughter still attend school as usual and she can simply guess or turn in the test half done..it's equivalent to not even attempting the test..How to get excused from the star test?Did she fail last year? Why don't you want her to take it again? The stars haven't changed or anything. You have to make her study those stars! Spend a little money and get her a good astronomy book. How to get excused from the star test?Yes, you write a note saying something like: "This is Barbara Anderson, and I would like to excuse me daughter, Alley Anderson, from the Star test. I believe this test is completely inadequate and I would not like my daughter to participate in such a test." %26lt;-- Something like that. You have to give a REASON as to why you don't want her to do it - it can be any reason.
: )
Anyways, the Star test does not do anything harmful to your daughters grade or whatever, it just indicates how well she's done, what's she learned, and everything else like that, you know? It's totally up to you.
: )How to get excused from the star test?
well maybe you should just get up and go to her school and speak to the principal , or call the school, writing a note would fail in many ways, why the hell do people do that anyway. just fricken call
