How would you find the sum of the interior angles of a star's points using a formula?

If you have n amount of points on a star, how would you find the sum of all the point's and their angles (interior angles)? How would you find the sum of the interior angles of a star's points using a formula?A star with n points is a polygon with 2n sides.

The sum of the interior angles of a polygon with n sides is

180(n - 2) deg,

and therefore for a polygon with 2n sides, the sum is:

180(2n - 2)

= 360(n - 1) deg.
